Chakra Breathing Meditation

 Chakra Breathing is a powerful yet gentle practice that awakens and harmonizes your seven main energy centers. Through conscious breath and soft, natural movement, the energy body is cleansed and revitalized, allowing prana to rise freely from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. The body relaxes, the mind quiets, and your inner landscape becomes spacious and alive. 

 

The meditation begins with steady, intentional breathing. With each inhale, your awareness rests on a specific chakra; with each exhale, layers of tension, emotional residue, and energetic blocks melt away. As the breath travels upward, you reawaken the essence of each center — grounding at the Root, fluidity at the Sacral, confidence at the Solar Plexus, openness at the Heart, clarity at the Throat, intuition at the Third Eye, and spacious expansion at the Crown.
